First things first.

WELCOME!

I’m new to this blogging thing but since I learn quickly, hold on tight!  I started this blog to share my love of family, travel, new experiences, and well-planned vacations with the masses.  Don’t we all just want to get away sometimes?  A day trip, weekend away, a week-long trip to your happy place, how refreshing!  I am a professional travel planner so I know that some of you guys well… you stink at putting these things together!  I’m not one to brag (ok, so sometimes I do toot my own horn) but they don’t call me the Type A Travel Mom for nothing!  I am hyper organized and love to make sure that all those pesky little details are taken care of well before you pack that first bag.  My goal with this blog is to do a little bragging on my own adventures as well as offer travel tips and advice along the way to make your own trips more memorable – and not in that ‘honey, did you pack your passport?’ kind of way.

If you want to know more about me, head on over to the ‘Who am I?’ tab.  In a nutshell, I’m not quite 40, love to travel but mostly domestically, have one crazy daughter and a tolerant husband, and own my own business making magical vacations come true for my Disney Destinations clients.  I’m a vegetarian, anti-procrastination, cat loving momma who can’t get enough irons in the fire.  If I’m not busy, I’m not happy.  I love my job because it lets me live vicariously through my clients and work anywhere in the world!  I can make the magic happen in my home office, on a cruise ship, in a beach chair, waiting in line for Space Mountain, standing by the Washington Monument, or watching Old Faithful erupt.  What’s better than that?
